Founded in 2020, Bondi Liquor Co, is the first distillery to be based in this iconic beachside suburb, producing a range of distinct and pristine spirits from the 200 litre copper-pot still. Established by three mates; Adrian, Ben and Will, their shared love of the liquor industry is the driving force that has inspired this journey. With a core range of 4 spirits, as well limited-releases and batched cocktails, the scope of what they are looking to do in the future is limitless.
