Domaine Auvigue | Mâcon
Jean-Pierre, Sylvain & Cecile at Vins Auvigue, Charnay-lès-Mâcon, Burgundy
To allow each parcel to present the unique microclimates, the brothers Jean-Pierre and Michel Auvigue, third generation winemakers, always adapt the vinification process to the requirement of each plot. The wines are only lightly filtered before being bottled to retain all the elements required for the development of their true Burgundian nature. Jean-Pierre and Michel are now passing on their expertise and the estate to their nephew Sylvain.
