SOHO Pink Sheep Rosé 12pk 2017

Very pale salmon-pink colour, very light on the rim. The nose is very elegant and delicate with fragrant aromas of strawberries and cream, quince and subtle notes of red florals and suggestions of fruit-pastille confectionery. The aromatics form a rounded core with richness, but retain finesse and beauty. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has a fine, concentrated heart of strawberries and cream, quince and soft red floral notes. The fruit possesses richness, a soft texture and smooth flow. The palate has fresh acidity, and the flavours flow with good energy to a dry, thirst-quenching finish.

A very tasty rosé, the inviting bouquet shows lifted aromas of raspberry, watermelon, stone fruit and floral, leading to a mouth-wateringly delicious palate that is juicy and refreshing. It is instantly appealing with loads of vibrant fruit flavours, and finishes long and lively. A perfect wine to chill out with.
