Seresin Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Cinematographer Michael Seresin’s desire to create high quality wine in the most natural way possible led to the rise of Seresin Estate in the early 1990s – a wine estate that has ever since followed the principals of biodynamic and organic farming and winemaking. Allowing the wines a little extra time, not only adds savouriness, mouth-watering textures and flavours, but also shows the unique sense of place the wines come from.
Seresin Sauvignon Blanc 2022
A very enticing bouquet of citrus fruits and stony soils, some fruit spice and a core of stone fruits and lees complexities, fresh herbs with a sage scent, and a harmonious rounded attack. On the palate a silk texture touches briefly then acidity, youth and power take over. Flavours of citrus the lemon, herb then spice, lees and then flowers and mineral soils. A lengthy finish with an excellent texture and length. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029.

Seresin Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Included 10% Semillon and gets some old oak too.
Guava, pineapple, snow peas, a little spice, cream and subtle smokiness. It’s fleshy, a little chalky, juicy flavour with a core of limey acidity, some cheesy savoury and green bean stuff, and a zesty finish of good length and complexity.
