Portsea Estate Chardonnay 2016
Estate-grown, fermented and matured in French oak (30% new). Deeper colour than Back Beach. It’s powerful, complex and compelling, with rich white peach, apricot and grapefruit flavours neatly tucked into its trousers, plus firm acidity.
