Winemaker Jayden Ong aims to isolate distinguished vineyard blocks and celebrate them, and the vintage in a pure manner. One Block has developed strong partnerships with a number of high-quality vignerons, working with them to develop the sustainable farming methods at each of their sites. Working towards biological practices across carefully selected vineyard sites, the focus is on low cropping vines, and a gentle approach in the winery. Detailed, pure and expressive these wines are crafted by the earth in which they grow.
