Domaine de Cala Classic Rosé 2019
So pale, almost a white wine style of rosé, if you take my meaning. A lighter style, cool and refreshing with a distinct chalkiness to texture and a gentle acid crunch. Flavours are of fresh peach with some fennel and mandarin, and maybe a bit of earth/smokiness in there too. Finish is lively. Good drinking here.
