Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir 2019
“Fine and delicate, with essence of roses and violets above silky, deep, peppery blue fruits and cherries, then a caressing length.”

Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir 2019

Hand picked; 30% whole bunches; partial wild fermented; matured 9 months in 38% new 1–3yo French oak barrels. The child of a dry season, there is considerable presence and concentration on display here. Juicy black fruits of all kinds, black pastilles and anise are backed by toasty French oak and fine, drying, understated tannins. A generous Reserve to drink young.
