Bream Creek Reserve Chardonnay 6pk 2017

Tasmanian Winery of the Year | 2018 Melbourne International Wine Competition
2018 Gourmet Traveller Wine Viticulturalist of the Year
The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.

Bream Creek Reserve Chardonnay 2017
This is highly impressive. Creamy and stone fruit-rich. Yet by the same token linear, wild yeast pungent, pebbly and mineral. cool climate-salient, yet the intensity of tangerine, dried mango, toasted hazelnut, curd and apricot scents suggests a botrytic whiff. Meursault-like. Riveting vinosity, thrust of fruit and parry of energy. Delicious wine.
