Bream Creek Pinot Noir 2020
Extremely bright and pretty, with a seam of vanilla providing well-judged support to cranberries, raspberries and a finishing touch of charcoal.”

Bream Creek Pinot Noir 2020
Hand picked; 25% whole bunches; partial wild fermentation; matured 9.5 months in 25% new French oak. A season of quality over quantity furnishes a characterful East Coast pinot noir. Leads with cashew nut from French oak, well supporting the black cherry, black plum and beetroot of this concentrated season. It will appreciate a little more bottle age for fruit and oak to mesh, and it will confidently go the distance, energised by fine-grained tannins and nicely integrated acidity.
