The Bream Creek vineyard was planted in 1974 by Fred Peacock. One of the first commercial vineyards established in the Apple Isle state, it has long been considered one of the very best sites in Eastern Tasmania. Fred's premium cool-climate wines are concentrated and long, thanks to the mature vines and low yields.

Fred Peacock: Our 2017 Estate Chardonnay, with its cirtus, stone fruit and integrated French oak flavours, is best enjoyed with family and friends cool, but not chilled, and is perfect with herb-roasted chicken, and equally enjoyable with slow-roasted pork shoulder.
